Let’s be clear. I’m shamelessly and relentlessly going to keep reminding you of a few things.

✅Life is definitely NOT over once you hit ANY age unless you start believing & behaving so. Stop acting like a Granny. Even if you are one.😜

✅It IS possible to be strong, fit AND happy all at once without obsessively working out for hours a day & counting every morsel of food.

✅Happiness is a choice we get every damn minute. Not always easy, but still our choice & noone else’s.

✅It’s rarely about YOU. People can be real assholes, but that’s on them. Learn to giggle at the ridiculousness & say “next”. .
✅It ALWAYS feels better when you focus on improving, keep facing your ugly faults (we all got em), keep getting stronger (inside & out), and keep sending out good lovin energy..even when you wanna throw up the middle finger. .
