Pretty much ate and drank everything I wanted in moderation. I ate 3 x per day with no snacking in between. Didn’t track one day of food and worked out a total of 3 x in the 5 nights I stayed in Maldives. My cardio was walking around the island & snorkeling.🏝🏄🏻‍♀️ - - I had a blast but can’t wait to get back to my normal routine tomorrow!
