For days later I was so afraid about residual injury because you hear all sorts of horror stories regarding the dreaded whiplash... But happy to say I got away with it! And I have no doubt that yoga is the reason why I don’t break so easy... I have been practising for just over three years now and it has strengthened my body (& mind!) in ways I couldn’t have imagined! The older I get, the more respect I have for this body.
