Stretch and strengths inner and back legs, tones abdominal organs and calms the brain. Good for headache, fatigue and mild depression as you move the blood up to the head.
I found it interesting how it ended up looking like an A, reminding me of the Anarchy symbol.
Meaning of Anarchy: absence of government and absolute freedom of the individual, regarded as a political ideal.
