HOWEVER IVE BEEN READING THESE POST FOR THE LAST 48hrs AND STEALING APPEARS TO BE YOUR MODUS OPERANDI. NOT TO MENTION THE BLATANT LIE OF INCLUSIVITY. SHAME ON YOU IPSY!!! WITH HUNDREDS OF COSMETIC BRANDS EXPANDING THEIR LINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF EMBRACING ALL WOMEN PARTICULARLY THE WOMEN OF COLOR YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE. TO ALL OF MY BELOVED SISTERS OUT THERE WHO ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SHADES YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM IPSY & THEIR OBSOLETE ALGORITHM SYSTEM IT IS TIME TO COME TOGETHER! FROM THE LIGHTEST SKIN TONE TO THE DEEPEST SKIN TONE WE HAVE TO STAND WITH EACH OTHER. IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED A SUBSCRIPTION AND HAVE SUBMITTED THE PROPER FORMS TO IPSY & YET THEY ARE STILL STEALING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, WE NEED TO STAND WITH EACH OTHER & FORM A CLASS ACTION SUIT. PERHAPS IPSY WILL CHANGE THEIR OLD PRACTICES AND CREATE SOME NEW MORE INCLUSIVE,HONEST PRACTICES (Steal(verb)=TO TAKE ANOTHER PERSONS PROPERTY WITHOUT LEGAL PERMISSION WITHOUT INTENT OF RETURN.

This is the worst subscription I have had and the most rudest customer service ever. I signed up for my first ipsy bag and they charged me the 30th of july and then the 1st of August. When I questioned the transaction I was told I was wrong. When I checked with my bank they told me yes both transactions have posted. Went back to ipsy the continued to say I was lying and I was still wrong. I sent them multiple views of the posting and still was told I was lying. 2 weeks later they cancelled my subscription and stole my money. So save yourself the money and go elsewhere for better service.

Please know that when you re-reply to your original email, your message gets pushed to the back of the queue because it shows up as a newer message in our system, and we respond to the oldest messages first.
