I haven't received my bag yet! It's very annoying and frustrating! This is my 2nd bag and shipping with @ipsy takes forever! I don't have this issue with @boxycharm you both charge me on the same day. And I received my boxycharm a long time ago!This time around it was shipped through DHL. The status on the tracking hasn't updated since 8/11. I received a message about a delay to expect an additional 24-48 hours for delivery. Or so it says!Tomorrow will be 48 hrs. And the status on my tracking still hasn't updated on DHL or USPS since 8/11 the package is in a city 25 miles away from me. At least that's the last location it shows on the tracking! Is anyone else having this issue with a delay of the glam bag?

I have a missing item on my ipsy glam bag plus this month. This is really frustrating because I have been having problems with my ipsy orders recently. This is gonna be like the 3rd or 4th time I’m sending an email within 2 months. If not broken palettes, I’d have a missing item. And the way you guys resolve it is ALWAYS REFUNDS. I do not want my money back, I want the actual products! It would be nice if you guys actually try to fix the problem, not just by refunding money! @ipsy @ipsy

AND ALSO WILL I BE GETTING BOTH GLAM BAG AND BOXYLUX IT SAYS IVE BEEN BILLED FOR BOTH BAGS FOR AUGUST AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR ANYTHING AND I GOT THE ENDLESS SUMMER AND ORDERING WENT THRU BUT ITS WRONG ZIP CODE... AND I NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING IS RIGHT FOR ALL MY PURCHASES ZIP CODE IS 89408!!! HELP :(

@ipsy I think you guys get too many negative comments. Y’all are great. Great! My boyfriend even loves that I just get my makeup at the door and he doesn’t have to go with my lol plus the cost is amazing. But i do have a small question. I ordered June’s glam bag while waiting for my August (I missed the add ons so I just ordered a new bag lol) is there anyway I get points for reviewing the products from that bag or is it only with that months bag?

Received my bag-contacted CS via email- my CS rep Cam was pleasant but scripted all 3 times. As far as I can tell customization is not good quite there. I get repeat products and items that are not even close to my profile. I feel as though I am dealing with robots. CS should try harder to please their customers. If someone there would really like to help a long time customer then mean it. This is real frustration.
