I don’t usually complain about the content of the bags but VERY DISAPPOINTED with the August bag!! First of all I don’t understand the fall color bag (I will admit it’s cute) but really the last month of summer should be bright and bold. Seriously only one item was something that I could/would use and it is because I chose it. @ipsy you need to get new products or change your profile algorithms. I shouldn’t have to manipulate my profile and reviews to try to get items. 👎🏻

@ipsy I got my Ipsy box today and it's perfect! Love love love love everything in! Feels like a best friend just sent me my favorite products if feels like Christmas once a month! Great products and the price is phenomenal! I'm a true fan!!! Thank you for having more of a custom approach and really getting items and products I will use and enjoy! 👏👏👏

@ipsy did not get a confirmation email from you the first time! Tried again, the steps worked, now #6759925. You really make it super hard to unsubscribe, I would never ever recommend anyone to use your service! The way you put people on a waiting list after we have given you our credit card # - super shady!! And btw I haven’t even got a glam bag!

Now the colour/texture of this bag would have been much better suited for August than a dark green bag you did a black version of already... Are you ever going to do anything different than the same shaped bag? A fruit shaped one maybe? Snowflake for winter... Iridescents are popular right now... Come on guys 🙄🤦🏼♀️
