But carryon fan boy, I’m sure you’ve never ran a cycle and by liking to you consists of whey protein by day, casein by night, and of course don’t forget your creatine. You’re a fucking boot.

Yea I’m sure dedication has a little part in it but same with the intramuscular injections going in those cheeks and shoulders

miyakosanken I’ve been doing progressive overloads, these last 5-6 months, better at movement and reps too, but i feel like i barely grow.. not even sure if i grow or not. I eat protein but in the term of enough... i need a lil seen progress to keep me going... please suggestion Man 🙏🏼
