I ordered my West Elm couch and was told it would be delivered to the distribution center on August 5th. I never received a call and every time I call customer service and the distribution center, I can’t get a straight answer on where the couch is. I’ve called customer service multiple times and had to take time out of my work day to stay on hold for hours at a time. The supervisors I’ve spoken with seem to have no interest in truly helping either. I keep being told I’ll get a call or email the next day and it never happens. I just want an answer. I expected way better from such a “high end” furniture store. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced!

@potterybarn @williamssonoma @westelm @potterybarnkids @potterybarnteen @potterybarndorm explain to me how @williamssonoma companies can charge a premium for product and delivery and yet have the WORST customer service. My delivery was scheduled with zero notification to me and I only found out after reaching out on where my product was since it was past the scheduled delivery date. Richard in your customer service department told me there was nothing he could do bc the hub handles deliveries...apparently he’s a supervisor @potterybarn how is this acceptable

This store is the worst, I purchased a couch in February we are now mid August I still don’t have a complete couch. Worst customer service, no one has direct answers, they blame everything on the manufacturer. I’ve called the store multiple times, called west elm direct spoke to multiple people including supervisors nothing resolved still no couch.

@avedavila @westelm @potterybarn truly amazed how their customer team is still employed and how their supervisors are still employed. I have dealt with Richard twice and he is truly a piece of work @potterybarn @westelm @williamssonoma you think such an elevated brand would employee people who know how to interact with customers 🤔

West Elm is a scam. Over a month since I ordered my bed frame and no resolution in sight. 5 days taken off work for 5 failed deliveries. Countless hours spent chasing down information on the phone. 3 unanswered emails, 3 supervisors promising and failing to call me back. To say I feel ripped off is an understatement.

@westelm terrible customer service & shipping/delivery. Have been waiting for a dresser for over 8 weeks, talked to your customer service now 7 times and no one can locate it or has provided any useful info. I am only left with the option to cancel the order since I am not sure it will ever make it. Terrible.
