kuzmir7 What’s this I hear about some couches a pregnant lady purchased a month ago that wasn’t delivered? She’s just moved house and when they weren’t delivered when you said they would be, she phone you only to be told that they’re not even going to be shipped for a couple of months. Don’t you think you have a responsibility to inform customers about this sort of thing before they go ahead and purchase? I would like to know how you intend to compensate this young lady. You should be ashamed!☹️

akphotogdesign WORST customer service I have ever ever experienced. I ordered a dresser and have NOT received it, I paid $930 for it and have no dresser. I’ve spent hours on hold trying to talk to someone who can help and everyone keeps saying the same thing which is basically nothing, “they need to look into it.” I have truly never been more angry.

akphotogdesign @westelm I just sent an email and I really hope I actually get a response because I’ve now sent several emails, have called and been on hold for hours, and still have no answers as to where my dresser is.

kuzmir7 Try calling them. If that gets you nowhere I would suggest contacting consumer affairs. It’s just not on that you received faulty goods and are being ignored. I can’t stand injustice. Good luck!🙏
