So this month, I want to celebrate the enduring culture and legacy of Andean peoples of the Americas, and all indigenous peoples across the world who honor, worship and strive to live in harmony with the natural world and who understand that by taking care of the earth, her bounty will sustain us. It is something we should all be more mindful of, and we should all work harder to care for our one mother–this fragile, beautiful earth.
