Together, we are going to make certain we have universal background checks. People in America who should not own guns based on their history will not own guns under a Sanders administration.

They can pass the test and get a gun at a time when they are fine then fall victim to a tragedy, loss or other circumstances that can, and will break 80% of the humans on this planet when they are confronted by them. It would almost have to be an annual exam but whatever it takes. Idk just a thought.

thatguy775702 They already have background checks, Bernie... Maybe get rid of a bunch of the laws there are thousands, and focus on the ones we actually need (like background checks.)
