Five years after his death, we must finally end police violence against people of color.

Our hearts go out to all shooting victims. And their families. But senseless killings of black males by cops is out of control. This is what happens when we have racist cops working on the police department. A full investigation by the DOJ needs to happen. But right now we have an AG who is tied to the lunatic Trump. They don’t believe in gun control they don’t believe in climate change they don’t believe in anything. That’s why they all go November 2020 try to save yourselves

Look people. Bernie isn't arguing that Michael Brown was some impeccable and righteous character. He committed robbery, yes, but that's not the point. The point is the likelihood of being shot as a black person is far more likely compared to being a white person. Brown was shot 6 times and died on the street, completely and totally unarmed. That is disproportionate use of force. Bernie is merely bringing attention to these injustices, which I commend him for.

I think some of these people forget is that shooting is a very rare need in the police, and when needed they’re instructed to hit in NON FATAL areas. Shoot to stop, not to kill. And that’s what these officers are doing. Shooting to kill, not to stop. Even if one of these young black men did rob someone, a fatal shot is never necessary.

Shut the front door man!!! Stop dividing our country. When brave officers stopped the Dayton Ohio shooter in his tracks, you didn’t praise them on Instagram once!!! Why was that? You were afraid to lose black votes?? Come on man. Stop making police officers the villains. All you do with these post is make them a target.

Tamir Rice was a crime. Sandra Bland was a crime. Trayvon Martin was a crime. Michael Brown was not, you can't assault a cop alone and expect him not to defend himself. I hate that that he gets lumped in with the rest of these cases, because he absolutely deserved it, and it sullies the waters.

I'm sorry but Micheal Brown is not an innocent poster boy. He fought with an officer over his weapon, pinned him in his police cruiser and would have shot him. He also bullied a store owner he was robbing minutes before. Pick another kid. Cuz this one ain't it
