There are free workout ideas wherever ya look on social media..and to be quite honest I actually like doing a lot of lifting that isn’t always entertaining enough for you to stop the scroll..🤷🏼‍♀️

It seems IG may not be into workout posts rn as they seem to be showing up less & less on your feed even if ya follow me.🤪. ✅(turn notifications ON if you don’t want what you DO see chosen FOR you) .
Soooo I’m just straight up sharing with you what I did for my own workout today with 8lb-ers .

No music. No editing. Straight up me not wanting to be in the gym & feeling 8lb dumbbells on the back porch.

*also for reference, not shown was my 45 minute stair workout..so add those too for the full shebang.

Total time sweating today: 70 MINUTES. Little rest between it all.

Total time for the rest of the day? 22 hrs 50 minutes. .
