Last week on Tuesday I went to the gym to work out my shoulder and core before going into surgery for my Knee on Thursday. So much you can still do to keep fit and healthy will injured!!! - Skin the cats to warm up
- Muscle ups
- V-Ups - Push-Ups - Weighted Twist
- Bicycles - Leg Lowers W/ A Pop
- Leg Lifts - Side Planks W/ Crunch

Quad activation is so hard when you’re non-weight bearing. I just got cleared for partial weight bearing and it has made all the difference in my PT and recovery. This climber in Florida is sending all the good vibes your way! 💗

I heard a loud pop in my knee yesterday and have an appt to see my Ortho Surgeon to find out if something’s torn. You are truly keeping me motivated and inspired! Heal strong!! 💪🏽

Is anyone else extremely concerned about how much you are stressing that knee. Like seriously. Let it rest!!! You’re freaking me out.
