Done a lot more of this over the past 2 weeks since I have 2 competitions coming up. Been a little bit since I have competed, BUT looking forward to doing them again! 😁
Tomorrow I fly to San Francisco for the WomanUp event at @dogpatchboulders ! I’m really excited about this event, it truly is a cool and fun event and I love being around so many other motivated and fun women that bring each other up! 😁

chaser822 New to advanced climbing so question. Aside from a combination of the below, for holds like that, is it more of a pinch strength you rely on using your thumb to lock it in? Or more proper weight distrubution and tension and core?
