Newest member of a family: malted rye bread aka wheelwright loaf. A mix of seeds and rye & barley sprouts soaked overnight, some powdered rye malt and freshly milled rye dough. Quite long list of ingredients, but if we would easily sum it up to “seeded rye” rye would that be fair for this interesting loaf? 😉 #ryehigh #artisan
