So I wanted to talk to you about motivation and happiness.
I think in our society right now it isn’t easy to feel actual happiness. Here are my tips to achieve true happiness.
1. Be of service to others, nothing brings joy like giving.
2. Get outside, vitamin D from the sun is proven to lift your spirits. 3. Get active, even 20 minutes a day will change your outlook.
4. Get sufficient rest, this isn’t always easy but try to get 8 hours!
5. Ask questions and actually listen.
6. Call your family members and express your love.
7. Sit down and have quiet time to reflect on all of your blessing for 10 minutes a day.
8. Make your bed the moment you wake up.
9. Ask you children how they feel and validate their feelings.
10. Remember everyday that you are worthy and important.
I live by these.

Words to live by, they are so true! There are so many people not living anymore, they're just existing. Share your passions with others, don't live in the past because no one is going backwards, inspire through what you love and how you've grown, spiritually. This is all selflessness which takes a special person to be like this and you @jennacantlose are an amazing person and a beautiful soul! 😘

I Keep a journal. I Write letters when i'm upset by someone. Read it and then throw away. Life is too short to be mad. Most things are not that serious. When it's sunny, I enjoy the sunshine it's a mood. I listen to music, I love everything from the blues to heavy metal. Music to me is part of my soul. I Dance silly and laugh often.

I ❤️ this list. Mine is 1. Set morning intentions. 2. Learn from past mistakes but don't get stuck on them. 3. Demonstrate love to family. 4. Self care (meditate, journal, bubble baths). 5. Words of affirmation. 6. Work out. 7. Do something artistic (be creative). 8. Play! 9. Go outdoors. 10. Speak less and listen more.

Jenna, a few months back I began my day by taking my little dog out for a walk in the morning before work....before I hit the internet....before I turn on the news. It's been lifechanging. Just those few minutes outside with my pet has helped me start my day and given me the positive energy I need to face the day.

Mu mom saw a negative comment and girl mom vibes hit hard bc she was about to IG For the first time and prob tag someone totally unrelated so my moms msg to the ppl she deems hideous are to go f themselves and the horse u rode in on! Have to write this for my 69 best friend @jennacantlose

Vitamin B is important too. In europe b4 prescription given for anti-depressions must take vitamins d and B for six months 1st.. usually fixes the problem.. couldn’t agree more with this post except for the Vitamin B part.. it’s lacking cuz people don’t eat healthy enough foods usually.
