Little update. One week back #intermittentfasting and my weight is the same but my body feels and looks different to me. Flatter stomach and abs peeking through. Don’t feel as hungry in the morning and at night. More energized. I’ve also noticed less bags under my eyes, which is surprising since I’m up a lot at night nursing Batelli because her two year molars are making her miserable. Pretty sure my weight hasn’t gone down because I’ve incorporated fruit into my diet. But I’m more than ok with staying at 125 👏🏻

Following you has been fun for me. I enjoy everything but, really appreciate your intelligence. I am trying to get motivated for health and fitness which has always been a part of my life to some degree. But, in fits and starts due to circumstances. I'm getting married for the second time soon and just want to feel good and confident. Trying to find the thing that helps launch that.

I'm on day 3 of intermittent fasting. I started after I saw a post about you doing it. It's really rough the first 2 days and nights. The hunger pangs are strong. And I've noticed the numbers are not changing as much either, as how I feel and see the changes. I noticed a lot of fatigue, but today isn't as bad. What an interesting concept this is to weightloss and appetite control. 😊

What’s does your fasting schedule look like? Also how do you determine how many calories you need? Do you count macros? Thank you for always keeping it real and not selling out on fake keto BS! You are such an inspiration from overcoming addiction, loosing weight and being an amazing mommy ❤️??❤️

@jennacantlose We just went this with my 21 month year old and it regressed her sleep schedule harshly. I feel for you mama and prayers for a goodnight sleep for our families. So we can wake up more refreshed and ready to charge ahead in our health for the sake of our well being.
