Have you tried using kombucha in a marinade before? Well, meet @ruhbekuhlee's kombucha-marinated steak and smashed cucumber salad. Kombucha combines with soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated garlic, oil, and red pepper flakes to take your protein (steak!) to the next level. Pro tip: before you open the bottle, turn it upside down, then back up again before you open it (slowly!)—most of the gingery bits tend to settle at the bottom, and you 100% want all that flavor in your marinade.
