Award-winning New York chef @missyarobbins and Caesar salad go way back. Not only is it one of her favorite things in the world to eat, but it was also the first thing she learned to make in her very first restaurant job. (And then had to make daily five-gallon buckets of it!) One problem: the creamy dressing is not the healthiest. As an alternative, she discovered that using yogurt instead of oil and eggs still allows for those garlicky, anchovy flavors we love, but doesn't offend a healthy diet (well, not too much 😉). I don't understand why it's not healthy? Especially if you're leaning toward keto but even if not. It's olive oil, lemon, parmesan, an egg or mayo, garlic, anchovies and a few things I forget right now. What's wrong with that?

Wait just a minute... #dead I haveeeee to try this! Literally eat a garlic/lemon/OO/ romaine salad 5 days a week. This could change everything and my mind is literally exploding as I type. THANK YOUUU for sharing this!

Yum! @missyarobbins I’m making this for dinner. I look forward to visiting you and your restaurant one of these days. Who are the lucky guests at your 14 year old dinner party?

I’m so happy to see this recipe. I love Caesar salad, but disliked the egg & oil part of the recipe. This is going to be on rotation all summer long in my house!

@propertyteamto I was just thinking of bringing this up north and then I noticed that you you guys saw this recipe as well!

I’m sure it is delicious but it needs to be served more manageable. The diner will spend his evening cutting it to eat.
