🔹Marinate chicken strips in PICKLE JUICE for several hours. (I did mine for about 8)⁠
🔹Drain chicken and cut into nugget chunks⁠
🔹Pour @porkkinggood pork rind crumbs into bowl and add @Flavorgod Seasonings Ranch Seasoning.⁠
🔹Egg wash chicken. I used 2 eggs and 1 tbs heavy cream for the wash. .⁠
🔹Then toss in @porkkinggood pork rind crumb mixture until well covered .⁠
🔹Optional (spray with olive oil or oil of choice) add more seasoning⁠
🔹Air fry at 360* for 12 minutes on skewer rack in air fryer 👌(Swipe over for more photos) link to skewer rack in my air fryer highlights at top of page.⁠
