INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 ounces diced pancetta
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup tomato grapes, halved
1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
6 ounces jarred artichokes, chopped
1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
@Flavorgod Seasonings ITALIAN ZEST seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pancetta and onion – cook together 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic, cook 1 more minute.

Stir whisked eggs into skillet and season generously with Flavor God ITALIAN ZEST. Once eggs are scrambled, add tomatoes, olives, artichokes and spinach. Gently mix until warmed through.

Sprinkle breakfast skillet with additional Flavor God seasonings if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
