I have dreamt of going to Noma for so long, and yesterday I went. It’s a fascinating, magical and welcoming place. I’m still trying to absorb it all, but gently, as so much is going on there that’s inspiring and beautiful; the dining room is only one part of it. I couldn’t admire @reneredzepinoma more.
And talking of people I admire, by some marvellous coincidence, the wonderful food writer @helenr was there at the same time, and it was a joy to share a quince schnapps or two with her and friends at the end.

I know I haven’t listed everything I ate (of which the pictures here are only a sample). There’s not room enough to describe adequately what everything is, the processes and the taste. Not like me to leave off descriptions. Another day: I still want to remain in my pleasure-tingling, thought-provoking Noma bubble
