jhochstuhl Shaun T I need help. I have fallen back to my old self, the old self I don't like very much. I stopped working out, I stopped eating three right foods. I have always turned to your post and videos for motivation but I can't get myself there. firedup4 This was so touching and so true to the way @shaunt motivates us all.. he will always be my workout King because he brought me back when I was so down and out... he truly makes you feel like you can keep going in the worst of times when you think you can’t! What a man and his story just makes him even more lovable .. I am almost finished with his book but want to read another by him!
