I love when you do these 10 minute workouts! Plus, I have a suggestion! Beachbody needs to do a series of stretching, 20-30 minutes videos of straight stretches for the rest days and any other day you want to do it. I know I feel so much better after stretches, I've just been dying for something like this to happen!
