The route they have decided to climb, the Cesen Route, is stunning, steep, exposed, airy, and for the most part safer than they expected. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ "We spent the day doing a carry and climatization trip to Camp 3 at 22,500 feet. Conditions were beyond perfect, with epic views in every direction and stable snow conditions.
