Physique Update❗️Currently Leaning out for a few upcoming trips. I’m 88kg (195lbs) Training 5 times a week and taking in roughly 3700 to 4000 Calories. My macro split changes day by day but here is today’s split:
Protein - 280g
Carbs - 500g ( Currently Carb Cycling )
Fats - 100g
