Clearly, I was in deep deep meditation when this guy snuck up behind me and scared the bejeezus out of me to remind me it was time to go onstage. Thank god or I would have mantra’d through the whole show offstage while the band played on. Pre-show fun with our drummer Manas Itene @carlyoungmusic1 and @jbowman72 at the #DoGoodFest @national_life_group. Manas and I have been playing together for 19 years, Jay and I for 14 years and Carl and I for 25 years!!! We love it more than ever!!! Thanks for being at the show last night y’all. This is the year of 40 and we are doing it right! We have had a super busy concert summer including @stickfiguremusic at the 420 show at Redrocks (amazing line up!), @calirootsfest (1st time in Cali ever!), @michaelfranti for your party in the park and show at Redrocks (annual favorite), @nahko_and_mftp and @trevorhallmusic (coheadlining on Father’s Day), @dirtyheads on the Rocks! Next up....our annual trek to @jazzaspen for a wonderful Labor Day weekend. We will cap it off with @tashsultanaofficial for our final Redrocks show of the year. ❤️❤️
