Tonight we wrapped up the first leg of our #StayHuman summer tour 2019 and we could not have had a more beautiful night than the one we had here in Jacksonville, OR. Thank you all for being here and making it so special! Our 13th time at @brittfestival !!! In the pictures following I got a massive cramp in my hamstring right before I walked on stage tonight that I tried to stretch out and never quite got there so I was hobbling a little bit, but the bass got me through it. Thanks @haleyjohnsenmus for opening up the show with a great set tonight! We have a week off now before we start up again on the east coast at the #DoGoodFestival in Montpelier VT on July 13th. Big shout out to all the #Soulrockers we saw along the way on the first leg of the tour and big up @ziggymarley for sharing the stage with us for the majority of it!!!! #stayhumantour #stayhuman #summer #tour @brittfestival

jackiegypsywm Michael, so sorry about your cramps I can relate as I get horrible cramps too. However, since I’ve been taking two 100 mg high absorption magnesium pills every AM, I have cut my cramps down to hardly ever. They get worse as we get older. Also, try to have “Theraworx relief” back stage with you because you can get a cramp to go away quickly by rubbing it on the cramp site. Follow the directions carefully. It is a magnesium foam. Hello from your beloved Bay Area! You are a treasure beyond belief & everyone I know here loves your music!
