It's nice to be able to tuck them away out of sight and also helps to keep things like dust from collecting on them. That said, you can always take the Light Touch back into any Lush shop and exchange it for a new one! As long as there's 75% of it left, our shop would be more than happy to give you a clean, new one to use. ? - Casandra

This product is handmade with rich butters and is intended to soften around body heat so it has a high chance of melting during shipping, especially during the summer months. We have a melt warning on our website for our meltable products. If you put yours in the fridge, it should harden up and will still be usable. visforvictoryrolls For a company that advocates for ethics/sustainability and human rights, I am shocked you do not pay your employees a livable wage. Your retail employees need to be compensated for the amount of physical/mental labor you demand for your positions. You can’t put in mental labor into saving the planet when you don’t know if you’re going to afford rent that week or be able to eat.

thesmilingcanadian @visforvictoryrolls I actually work for LUSH for quite a few years, and out of all my retail positions the one at LUSH paid the most and were offered some extremely special opportunities to give back to their communities, as well as an extensive fun and interactive training program. I have nothing but good memories from my years with LUSH.

katarinatislerv How can I keep it clean? I got light touch and after few days it had little things stuck on it. Like dust or something. And it caused breakouts. I kept it on a clean surface tho next to my other skincare products. Did this happen to anyone else? I don't know what to do but I don't wanna use that dirty bar on my face ?
