apricotseashells I really would love to purchase Lush products, but I just can’t get over why “safe” Sulfates are added? Sulfates are typically used because they make the product lather and suds easier, and it’s also a very cheap additive. There are many other effective, natural brands that work just as well and don’t add sulfates. I’m disappointed, Lush!

ruthjaymce Why do the solid conditioners contain SLS? I understand why they're in shampoo, although would argue that there are far better surfactants than sls, but they're surely not necessary in conditioner? I dont use sls which is a shame and thought I was onto a winner with solid conditioner as a plastic free swap ?

jesslbw I find the reusable tins keep my products too wet in travel and ruins my shampoo bars especially. They are air tight so if I had to use the product that morning and package it for travel it typically doesn’t make it to the other destination very well. Any suggestions on that?

carissaltieri can you use hot water to turn a shampoo bar into a suitable shampoo liquid? I like the idea of a plastic free shampoo & conditioner, and I know you can do this with a conditioner bar if you slice it into smaller pieces. will this same method work for the shampoo?

beautiful_caramelskin The best thing, is that those metal containers to put your soaps and other body essentials away in your suitcase etc... Are the BEST I ever purchase they do not rust I have it in my tub no rusting period!! ????

mrsscottstark Yes we are traveling from our house to a hotel about 5 miles away. We are getting the asbestos floor tile torn out of our house. Of course we will be taking all our Lush products with us
