Bent Over Row 3x15 per arm
🌟I tried these with one leg suspended in the air and it made me really engage my core, which I enjoyed! I think this move would work best with light-medium weight, but that’s just my opinion

Renegade Row 3x8-10 per arm
🌟Basically, each arm + the 2 push ups is one complete rep- so 8-10 of those!

Rear Delt Rows 3x8-10 reps
🌟I don’t have anything but 10 and 15 lb dumbbells at home, but I would usually do rear Delt exercises with 5-8 lbs bc...well, it’s tough. I struggled on these a bit, I think I could have kept my head and neck more neutral but I like the complete lying aspect of this stance, was a different feeling, full gravity pulling back and no momentum help

Front Raise 3x8-12
🌟I tried these with palms up today, small changes in workout you do all the time can really help give your body that extra push and difficulty 😊
