I lost part of my dress!! 😮
Okay are you someone who looks in the mirror and always has something negative to say? Or rather, sees what can be improved? I was, and in all honesty, am still. How can we not be in this self obsessed society, especially women. I remember thinking I didn’t like my legs in this dress and felt very self conscious. I was 27 at best. So dumb. Did I enjoy my night fully? Probably not. Looking back now, I like my legs. Lesson? STOP! Stop the harassment from your worst enemy, yourself!!!! ACCEPT IT ALL then LOVE it !!!! Don’t ruin any more of your nights, days, months years! #doyou #acceptance is more #glowing than any potion ever. Xx #mondaymotivation

tlynn1967 I just recently came to this notion, after seeing myself in a picture from a high school reunion of sorts, that I attended in May. I really liked the picture! I was heavier and was rocking my “gray” highlights. But, I posted it anyway and told everyone just that. Loving yourself and not being ashamed by your truth, is so empowering. There are a lot of people who struggle with thereselves and their bodies but it's like you say at one point you will be like "you know actually it's not true what I was always thinking, actually I do look good..." juleswadd I grew up alongside a skinny sister and always felt like the fat one. It took until my late 30s/early 40s to gain self confidence. I'm now in my early 50s and appreciate the person I have become and feel very blessed to have always had good health. I can't ask for more. I would just like to say how fabulous you look in that photo. You really have got the most beautiful face.

chris_10c Yes!! So true...it sucks b/c we are constantly seeing everyone face tuned, filtered, & flawless (the 3 Fs!). It makes it hard to not get in the feels about our own selves.
