Ever since I can remember cardio and myself have been one. I have been on and experimented on just about every piece of cardio equipment there is but this particular machine was first introduced to me by my friends at @vivafitnessgo The T-2020 allows the end user to be in a more natural comfortable position on the balls of your feet while allowing the body to be in a more forward motion creating momentum for it to work. Not to mention its highly impressive shock absorption system. I started incorporating this piece of equipment in many of my own training sessions and found it quite beneficial
