christinadavis71990 Quick question @ultabeauty are your stores supposed to give out samples when asked? I have seen multiple places give out small samples to ppl like Sephora but anytime I have ever asked both of my locations in Huntsville, AL. I am always treated rudely and pretty much laughed at and told no. Really I guess my main issue is the customer service especially at the Bridgestreet location they are always rude whenever I ask a simple question or ask for help, so much so I won't buy from there anymore I'll spend more money and go to Sephora bc they are always helpful and nice no matter how I look going in there store( I have really bad hormonal cystic acne that flares up at least twice a month)

beautyjunkie2012 I must give love to the Roosevelt Blvd location in Jacksonville, FL. Out of all the locations in NE FL this one is the BEST. Customer service is on point and the staff isn'r intrusive to the point of being annoying. The store is always well stocked and clean. Stores who are lacking need to take notes from store #1481❤️❤️❤️

alliemarie1029 Ulta has the absolute worst customer service. We have 3 stores in my area and all three are different levels of horrible. Either they follow you around to the point of annoyance or you can’t find someone to help you at all and when you do they act like your inconveniencing them by asking for help.

melissa_scott570 I’m so angry that y’all made a refund instore that went to someone else. I had to fight with the 800# instore and was told by the manager they can’t post void, it took 3 days to get my refund but only because i had to go your reps job. All i get is “I’m sorry”? Ouch.

melissa_scott570 @queenpen___ The manager is njce-always says hi to me by name when i go in. She felt horrible and the 800# person was so rude. The email ppl just kept saying “we sincerely apologise “ and i finally got the refund ladt nite
