chelsyduran American society has made it to where women are seen as more beautiful and desirable with a tan. I’m pale AF and can’t tell you how many times people have told me to “get a tan.” I still struggle to accept being pale. But on the flip side if anyone was to tell a black woman to lighten her skin it’d be considered racist. So why is it ok to tell fair women they need to be tan? ?‍♀️ we should all be accepted and comfortable in the skin we’re born in..
