@maizemamarize I purchased online... but during my phone calls... none of this was mentioned to me. Although since your system automatically sends to the primary address regardless of what you enter and what you approve of when you purchase... I could never receive the item that was shipped to the incorrect (unentered) address. From there your customer service sent me on a ridiculous run around (that I obliged in) to "fix" something that could never of been fixed to begin with. I spent hours on the phone and NO ONE HELPED ME. When you purchase a good from a multi-million dollar company (I'm a student btw) and they fraudulently change shipping info that you never agreed to when you confirmed your purchase and then send you on a wild goose chase and then refuse to help you even though your item hadn't been shipped yet. I was told no refund, no help... no nothing. That is theft

@cheycat no idea yet. Waiting for response. I wish I could like paraphrase, but I'm not kidding when I say that I spoke to four different people, spent 2 days and over four hours to change my shipping address because ultas system automatically sends to your primary address regardless of what you enter. They told me what to do to fix it and after all that time... what they told me to do wasn't even possible. They wouldn't change the address even though it hadn't shipped. They wouldn't refund me and I was told after the fact to cancel the order, but now couldn't because it was past the two hour period... even though I originally called 15 minutes after I placed the order and was NEVER given this option

@ultabeauty I just found out today by a representative & a supervisor that if we order anything online & return it in store, we will not receive our tax back. ? & that tax is determined by what warehouse the order is being pulled from, so the amount of tax we pay will differ. I’m really disappointed. I spend so much money & to know the few times I decide to return something you guys will be keeping my tax! (& since I’m platinum I do all my shopping online) I guess it’s a sign to take a break from shopping.

Positive review: I've always received great service from Ulta. I can return things no matter what the reason, and I feel like I get some pretty nice deals as a Platinum member. Once, Ulta forgot to put a small sample in my mail order, and I didn't think much of it considering it was just a free sample. A week after I received my order, Ulta sent me a $20 e-gift card as an apology. How awesome was that, and just because they forgot a sample! Overall, I do really enjoy shopping here. @ultabeauty

@ultabeauty I live in USA. Last month whne I was out of country during vacation I saw a deal and i tried to place an order but my card did not go through. (Of course it’s my USA house address , my USA credit card). I’m back to USA after my short vacation. Tried placing orders and my order is not going through. When I contacted cs they said they blocked me coz I tried placing an order when I’m not in USA. Ok fine. Now I’m back home- why is there a block still? Doesn’t make sense.

@xokeeks I work at ULTA and our policy is always to return items in-store if purchased within 60 days (Online too)and if you don't have the reciept we can look it up with your phone number attached to your loyalty program. And with a smile and a quickness! Super sad this was your experience and I really hope you report the store as well so they can train their beauty advisors using this as a teachable moment!?❤️
