This is lovely. And reminds me to admit that for me travel was about seeing the sights of the world. My camera started out being my shield. I enjoyed the solitude of landscape photography. A woman in Athens once told me that my photos made her feel sad and lonely. It had never occurred to me that the people would be what I spoke of long after and that would draw me back to the places many would not venture. The people hold a treasure trove of experiences and stories that are not our own.?

This is a fun series, Cory. Thanks for the education. When you first posted about this area, I had to Google to find its location. ... One is never to old to learn. I’m living proof. ?

Exquisite portrait. It draws me in, wondering what his life is like. He seems pensive.

These prayer beads keep attracting my attention. I treasure mine from Bhutan.
