Started my week in the POOL! ☀️💕😍💦 I go through these phases of hating/loving the pool & right now I am loving my am swim sessions!

Maybe it’s seeing the improvements, maybe it’s the feeling of satisfaction I get after, maybe it’s the sauna session I do after or that the outdoor pool is finally OPEN! Regardless, I’ll take it! 😜💦🐠☀️Project: Fishy = coming along.

I see swimming as my morning shower. It's refreshing and activates all kinds of ciencia in my body.
It's my exercise, yoga, church, spa, playground, meditation; all in one place.

@missbeckilee82 I’ve always had an aim for andark then onto the sea but swimming in a suit is another thing to get used to so bit at a time

Go VO2 today , 6x200 (90% of your PR) and R2 , 6x100 (80% of your PR) that's how you can swim more ?!hahaha
