@katrintanja I'm new to CrossFit. Never done a CF workout. I saw u on IG live doing a WOD today and I'm wondering, what happens after the WOD? Does an athlete keep working out? Do another WOD? Or is that it for the day? My question is serious and I mean no disrespect. I just see the amazing fitness levels of CF athletes and one WOD seems too good to be true. ???
