This full body kettlebell circuit is guaranteed to get you sweating 💦 And all you need is one piece of equipment. Give it a go:
➡️ Squat & Press (one side)
➡️ Squat & Press (other side)
➡️ Romanian Deadlift to Upright Row
➡️ Russian Twist & Press
Simply set a timer for 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. Completely the circuit 4-5 times depending on how strong you’re feeling! The intervals are longer for this circuit as it’s more strength focused than cardio 💪🏼
