I’m so excited that my new app has finally launched! As well as the fitness section of the app (@wearejennis), there is also a whole pregnancy section, designed to allow expectant mums to keep active and help to enjoy their pregnancy as much as possible. There are also postnatal specific workouts and tips, to help new mums to safely rebuild their strength and regain their fitness. Hi Jess, I am trying to organise some messages of support for my friends (Mark, Ian, Graham and Simon) that are doing a charity cycle ride in aid of breast cancer next month. They are attempting to doing 48 hours non stop on various bike and have raised over £5000 so far. It would be amazing if you had the time to record a short video or a picture with a message of support that I can show them in their hardest hours!

The Trimester 3 yoga session I did last night made me feel so much better straight away ans the baby enjoyed a good wriggle afterwards too - I think she enjoyed the extra space the exercises had somehow created ☺️ Thank you @jessicaennishill ?? I’m looking forward to trying the workouts this week.

Just done my first workout ?? can someone please give me some advise. At the top of the screen says begginer, intermediate and advance. I thought there would be different variations depending on which one you choose but the all seem the same ? am I doing something wrong?

I did my first pregnancy work out on sat. It was very gentle but I was surprised how my arms ached the next day from the push ups!

My app seems so be not working properly, it’s going backwards on the warm up videos and won’t play the exercises! ☹️
