I also deal with tendinitis on both arms and use teraband exercises and a session of physical therapy once a week to keep training comfortably. This looks promising and a I try it out :) just have a few questions: How many times you do this a day? Do you do it every day? Do you do more than one rep?

Sweet! Thanks for this. I, too, am battling tendinitis in my elbow but from pull-ups. I’m going to give this a try because I hate just not being able to practice at all.
