Meet Billy, a five-month old Tammar wallaby @moonlitsanctuary. Native to Western Australia, this shy creature will spend most of the day resting in areas with dense vegetation, emerging around dusk to feed on open, grassy clearings. Their healthy appetite for herbs and grasses has led to this species being considered an agricultural pest by some landowners, but the biggest threat to this species comes in the form of predation by red foxes, which are not native and highly invasive.
