So as you guys may know, I post videos 3-4x a week on my YouTube (and most of them contain full days of eating). I’m going to try to share more on here as well, but IGTV format is suuuuper cropped from a regular camera, so please forgive my first attempt / not getting myself in the frame always.

also, this day didn’t go as planned and was pretty unconventional for a “fitness person” but hey, this is the reality lol.
