🙆🏽‍♀️Anyone neglect abs? I do lol 😂 How many times a week do you work abs?

I’m never motivated to work out my abs till I’m a bit leaner. People ask about abdominal workouts and honestly I keep it pretty simple 3 sets of 50, 3 exercises, 2x a week. Lower abs, upper abs, and obliques. You can choose any exercises you want and then progress to harder ones. For me hanging leg raises would be considered hard lol try doing one set of 50. I don’t usually add weight to my abdominal exercises I did for this first video to show you a variation. You’ll have to find what works for you.

Remember abs are made in the kitchen which means you’ll see them once your leaner. If your body fat is high most likely you won’t see anything changing in the mirror but trust me you’ll see it soon. The side lines tend to come first then the inner separation and once your consistent with diet and exercise you’ll get the muscle to show in your abs. I get way more motivated to do more and add weight to the exercises once I see my abs 😂
