Trim all 4 sides of potatoes to form a rectangle.⠀ ➡️Using a mandoline (carefully) cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8" slices⠀ ➡️Place in prepared dish, fanning potato slices like flower petals. Evenly space out bay leaves between potato slices.⠀ ➡️Brush every layer with melted butter and sprinkle with #Flavorgod Cheese seasoning⠀ ➡️Drizzle with remaining butter.⠀ ➡️Sprinkle with a dash of #Flavorgod Himalayan salt and pink pepper.⠀ ➡️Bake, rotating the dish halfway through cooking, until the edges are crisp and golden and the centers are tender, about 50 minutes to 1 hour.⠀ remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!⠀ *Discard bay leaves!
