Creamy Broccoli STEM Potato Gratin-⠀
Ingredients:⠀
3 Broccoli stems / sliced thin⠀
1 1/4 pound - mini potatoes / sliced thin⠀
2 tbsp - butter⠀
1 cup - heavy cream⠀
1 tbsp - Flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning⠀
1/2 tbsp - Flavorgod pink salt & pepper⠀
2 cups - cheese⠀
5 - garlic cloves / minced⠀

Directions:⠀
Fine dice potatoes and broccoli stems same size.⠀
Add butter to hot sauce pan. Add garlic, sauté for a minute.⠀
Next add potatoes, broccoli, Flavorgod Seasonings and cream. Boil for 8 minutes or until tender.⠀
Next turn off heat add cheese, mix!⠀
Next pour mix into a oven safe casserole dish. Place cheese on top.⠀
Cover and bake at 375* for 30 minutes.⠀
After 30, uncover and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.⠀
