If you use them, you DONT need oil, butter pam nothing, it's crazy. ⠀ Heat pan, use a pretty big one, you want the egg to be thin. Mix seasoning in the egg/egg white & pour it in the pan, you can also add the spinach. I dont flip mine, but little by little i make holes so the egg can cook through (do what u like).
